Tom Freestone5 StarCannot fault them at all. I used the messaging service on Wednesday afternoon, and they were able to squeeze me in a couple of days later on the Friday.
I explained to them what I thought the problem was, bearing in mind I really don't know much about cars at all.
They did a road test and had a good look underneath my car to see where the problem was.
They then phoned me up and told me what they saw, and asked if I would like to go ahead and get them to fix the problem, which I agreed to.
Got a phone call from them again a few hours later to say the work has been done, and that my car was ready to be picked up.

I had an urgent car issue and my usual garage couldn't fit me in. J & B Stone fitted me in and sorted my car.
I'm disabled and know very little about cars, but having a working car is vital to me.
They were fast, reassuring and and explained everything they were doing and why.
